Where can I smoke in Fraport Conference Center?

Smoking is prohibited in the Fraport Conference Center due to the federal Non-Smoker Protection Act. You can smoke outside the building or in the smoking lounges at Frankfurt Airport.

Where can I find the nearest check-in machine?

All check-in counters are located in the respective departure halls.

Why do I have to sign and return the order confirmation each time I make changes to my booking?

With this process, we wish to ensure that all changes made correspond with your wishes for the overall booking. We also base our invoice on the changes made.

When can I use the booked conference room?

The booked conference room will be available half an hour before the start of the event, subject to availability. If you need access to the premises earlier, you can adjust the booking period individually, according to your wishes, depending on availability.

What services are already included in the room rental?

The most commonly used media and presentation equipment is provided as standard in our rooms. All other services, such as additional equipment and catering, can be booked individually if required. This way, you don't pay for anything you don't need.

Do the prices on the website include VAT?

Statutory VAT is not included in the prices on our website.

Where can I view the prices of all the services I’ve selected before I finalize my booking?

Before sending your booking request, you can review the selected services. All prices are listed clearly.

What information do I need to provide if I have a question about my orders or invoices?

Please quote the order number of your booking if you have any queries about your orders. For queries about invoices, we require the invoice number or order number.

How do I receive the invoice after booking?

The invoice for your booked services, such as room rental, additional equipment or catering, will be sent to you by mail. Upon request, we will also be happy to send you the invoice by e-mail.

From the regional and long-distance train stations at Frankfurt Airport, it is only a few minutes’ walk to the Fraport Conference Center.

How is my event organized?

When your guests arrive, they check in at the reception and will be escorted to the booked conference room by our event attendants. If required, a staff member will also be happy to help you set up the technology.

Where do I send documents for my event?

If you would like to have documents printed for an event, send us your documents by mail to  fracc-rezeption@fraport.de  or by fax to  +49 69 690 71 618.  You can also give our team at the reception desk a USB stick. If your documents are confidential,     we can provide access to a terminal so you can print your documents yourself.

What are the seating arrangements in the rooms?

The type and arrangement of chairs and tables in the booked rooms (e.g., arranged in a row, parliament style, a u-shape, square, banquet, round, or bar tables) depends mainly on the room size. The larger the room, the more options are available for seating arrangements. We will be happy to help you make the right decision. Can I book a specific room at the Fraport Conference Center?

During the booking process, you can select a room category that meets your requirements for room size. However, for organizational reasons, we make the final decision on room allocation to provide you with the optimal setting and ensure your event runs smoothly.

Where will the catering I booked be served?

We usually serve the drinks and food you have selected in the conference room that you have booked. Depending on the size of the meeting, we recommend booking a separate room. Drinks are placed on the conference room tables. Coffee and tea are also available in the coffee lounges. If you have any other requests, our staff is available to assist you throughout the event.

When should I book catering for the event?

You can book the catering services as listed in our banquet brochure up to 72 hours (three business days) before the start of the event.

Can I book additional equipment if required?

If you require equipment for your meeting beyond the standard conference setup, or technical resources for a hybrid event, you can add this easily during the booking process.
